Feet can hurt...: Your body is preparing for the birth of your child. First of all you are carrying more weight, so there will be additional stress on your feet. When your body releases hormones to relax ligaments to allow the pelvic bowl to open more for delivery, it also affects the feet. They will also relax to a degree and you can get subtle changes in your feet that can also cause pain.
