'feet up'/stockings: Support stockings and 'staying off your feet' will help ankle swelling (edema). Remember: ankle edema is a sign of pre-eclampsia (old term=toxemia) so it is best to report edema to your OB and get seen for a blood pressure check and a urine check (for protein). Hope you are better! & congrats on the baby!
