Do mammograms show axillary nodes?

Yes, often: Axillary lymph nodes will be seen on the mlo projection (sideways view) of the breast.

There is limited: visualization of axillary tissue on mammography. If you feel like you have adenopathy, don't assume it will be seen on the mammo. Let the mammo tech know, and certainly let your doctor know.
