A member asked:

Do i have to worry if my x-ray results is equivocal opacities on the upper right of my lungs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: It really depends on why you got the xray. If you had symptoms of pneumonia for example, and thats why you got it - maybe those opacities are pneumonia. If you are a smoker, and you weren't symptomatic - it wouldn't be unreasonable to get a ct and settle it (a ct will define those opacities [show what they are]). Hope this helps.
