Yes : After you have healed from the surgery, it will be safe to resume your usual sexual activity. Many studies show the sex is improved for about 70% of women after a hysterectomy. For some women the uterine contractions add to the experience, those women will experience some decrease in their sexual response. Many women who had pain with sex before their hysterectomy, find improvement after surgery.
