Can someone with a prolactin pituitary tumor still get pregnant?

Yes: Prolactin the hormone that allows breastfeeding. In excess, it inhibits ovulation. A small tumor in the pituitary gland at the base of the brain produces an excess of the hormone. Medication like Parlodel (bromocriptine) can bring the level of this hormone to normal and ovulation should resume. Consult an endocrinologist.
