The short answer is: Yes. Assuming of course that you are taking it as directed by a physician who knows you take Coreg (carvedilol) and who prescribed it for you for the treatment of opioid dependence. After all, proper amounts of Buprenorphine are better for you than improper amounts of opioids or narcotics.
