Yes: Yes although chronic use of Ibuprofen can cause significant kidney damage and gastrointestinal bleeding. If you need either of these medications for long term use you should see a doctor familiar with the long term prescribing of these medications.

Yes: Ibuprofen is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory medication. Lortab is a narcotic. You can take them together.
