Depends: Depends how painful the procedure is. Sometimes the ganglion cyst will not recurr after aspiration. May be worth it to try it once or twice.

Depends...: The cyst has 90% chance of recurrence. In your case, this has occurred. Chances are very good that it will reoccur again if same steps are repeated. Thus, if it is symptomatic enough to do something about, have it surgically removed.
