No: Sometimes a low temperature is alright. A fever though is >101.4 degrees. Normal body temperature is 98.6 degrees.

I suffer from high blood pressure. Recently I had a very hot bath and when I got out, I became very dizzy and had bad tingles in my hands and legs. I do get panic attacks but this seemed different. Recently Ive had a low temperature as well?
