Can too much b12 give you insomnia?

B 12/ insomnia: A recent study of people taking B12 reported that 2.91% reported insomnia. It is hard to say if the vitamin itself caused this but it does happen in a significant amount of people taking b 12 supplements. It should be easy to tell. If you take time off from the medication (2 to 4 weeks) you should be able to see if it is linked.
