In your experience, can insomnia be related to b12 deficiency?

Not usually: Balance issues,slow thinking, low energy are to be expected followed by sub cortical dementia. B12 deficiency is easy to treat. Keep the blood level above 350 . Usually costs 8-10 dollars a year for weekly or biweekly B12 sub lingual liquid. Sub lingual pills are taken daily and costs a bit more.

Monocyte count is zero. The rest of CBC is normal, B12 and folate normal, ferritin low normal. I have Hashimoto's. I recently experienced a lot of stress and am exhausted from insomnia. Currently have URI. Should I be concerned about no monocytes?
