Here are some ...: Have it appeared all the time or sporadically, at the beginning or ending of voiding? These may help gain more insights of what is going on. But, if being asymptomatic and having normal urinalysis, I would suggest it is related with the presence of seminal / prostate fluid, but harmless to you and requires no active care, but to realize, accept, and cope with it. If still in doubt, see Doc timely.
