Many Possibilities: Several things come to mind. Diabetes (sugar) can cause increased urination, as can diabetes insipidus, where your kidneys cannot conserve water. Infections, diuretics in your diet (caffiene, energy drinks, certain foods), medications, etc. Can all cause similar symptoms. You should get checked by your doctor.
