These findings....: Indicate significant respiratory distress. You should proceed immediately to ed of closest hospital. Consider mobilizing 911. Only you can make that choice, but using ems seems prudent to me given the data you present. Kids can tire easily with this respiratory rate, and each breath is less effective than when breathing is unobstructed and at occurring at a normal rate. Act now.
