Can celebrex (celecoxib) help with your sciatic pain?

Sort of: It is common for back pain to be a combination of different problems. True sciatica would be more responsive to neuropathic agents. See an interventional pain physician and they can help. Narcotics are not the solution either.

Perhaps, but: Perhaps, but "sciatic" pain is often related to bursitis or even fibromyalgia. Rheumatologic evaluation recommended.
