A member asked:

Does angina feel like a muscle pull?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It can...: Feel like many things, heartburn, jaw or toothache, back pain, nausea, shortness of breath are examples. In general, the easy way to differentiate these different types of pain from angina, is whether or not the symptom gets better, worse or stays the same with exertion, like walking or running in place. Angina will get worse with exertion and better with rest, the others will not do that.
