Accidentally took too much zantac, (ranitidine) should i skip evening dose?

Maybe: Zantac is ranitidine which has been prescribed in doses as high as 300 mg 2 x per day. If you have exceeded more than 300 mg, you might want to hold the dose. Otherwise, you could take an evening dose. Otherwise, check with your doctor.
