6 year old has painful nipples, should i be concerned?

Not really: Why are they painful? Get pinched? Injured? Have a rash? If concerned have him/her seen. I am not really concerned but if it persists it is worth evaluating. Could also be premature thealrche or premature breast buds in a girl and is worth seeing doctor.
