See doctor: Iuf you have not already been seen by a physician you need to be immediately. May have collapsed lung, fluid around heart and lung, infection, rib fx.

Yes: If the pain is different than the contusion pain, and you have risk factors like family history, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, and diabetes; you should definitely get that checked out.
