Depends: Depends on age, cardiac risk factors, associated symptoms, duration, frequency, family history, medications, supplements, caffiene consumption, etc, need a good history and physical. Labs ekg and possibly a holter. May need 2 d echo and possibly an event recorder. The tests will be determined by your dr after your exam.
