Yes: If pressure is deep and strong enough, or at times rapid enough, it could "bruise" the heart.

Heart buising: You can bruise your heart if your chest is damaged. We are talking a lot of pressure which usually breaks ribs as well. I've had a rodeo cowboy that was stomped on by a bull. I've had people that have hit the steering wheel in a car accident. I had one boy who was big in the chest with a fast ball.
