Does your cervix dilate during your period?

Cervix and period: The cervix will open very slightly while a woman is on her period. It is nothing close to the amount of dilation that happens during labor.

In a way: There is some variation in the opening of the cervix throughout your monthly cycle. It doesn't dilate in the sense that you dilate at the time of delivery to 10 centimeters or more, but there is a cyclic variation, (very mild), as you prepare to bleed
