Possibly: If you have a runny nose after a concussion, it would be good to get checked out. You would have to make sure that you aren't leaking the fluid that surrounds your brain, called cerebrospinal fluid. Having said that, it is also possible that you just have a runny nose. Its best to get checked.

Runny nose: Runny nose and a concussion are not usually related with the exception of a severe head injury with a skull fracture which can lead to a spinal fluid leak, which i assume is not the case here.
