Will tylenol (acetaminophen) help swelling of a bee sting?

No: May provide pain relief but Motrin or adnil- non steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines- will reduce the inflammation and secondary swelling from sting. Ice will help and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will help itching.
