Why don't we have cervilan medication?

Cervilane?: This drug is available in a number of countries. It is an ergot derivative used as a vasodilator. For a drug to be sold in the us it must pass rigorous fda testing and retesting phases before it can come to market. This can add up to millions an d millions of dollars which the manufacturer may not want to invest depending on how big a market the us represents. It is often a matter of economics.
