Is it possible i can be helped if i have mild ocd, but don't want to be on medication?

Sure: Ocd is an anxiety disorder that can be reduced through therapy and/ormedication. Ocd often (but not always) has a psychological origin. Sometimes there is a neurochemical contribution that needs to be addressed with medication. Learning in therapy about the origin of your OCD and the functions the symptoms serve can be very helpful.

Behavioral Therapy: Behavioral therapy has been shown to be very effective especially exposure and response prevention. Look to the oc foundation website for providers or more info and resources.
