Stomach pain: You did not mentioned how long ago you had your uterus removed. This is very important to know to rule out surgical complications vs other unrelated condition. I suggest you reformulate your question. Gastrointestinal issues after a surgery are very worrisome and your obgyn should know about those inmediately if it was recent.
