Contact your doc: Pain after surgery is common, although it should improve a little every day. How long has it been since surgery? If it is within 4-6 weeks of surgery, you should definitely contact your surgeon if this is getting worse.

Unsure: It is not abnormal to have pain after a hysterectomy even when nothing has "gone wrong". Your symptoms could be due to a surgical complication but could be related to some other abdominal organ problem or disorder. You should see your surgeon.
