Seriously, if you massage so vigorously that you bruise or cause swelling, then you will have a temporary and uncomfortable (and very slight) enlargement. There is no exercise, cream, herb, pill, or device that works. Brava is a medical device that can give 1/2 cup size or so with chronic use, but implants are still the best way to get bigger breasts!
