Does a mammogram increase breast size?

Nope.: A mammogram is an x-ray study of the breast tissue, performed by squeezing the breast tissue between two plexiglass plates to thin and flatten the breast tissue so that a better x-ray can be taken. The "squeezing" is often pretty firm, and bruising or minor swelling may result, but these are temporary and hopefully infrequent.

No: Definitely not. While it is theoretically possible that the trauma of the exam could cause temporary swelling, it would be very transient in nature.
