50%: Take a bottle of peroxide and mix it 50/50 with either tap water or saline.

Do not use this.: Hydrogen peroxide has been shown to damage new cells that are going to heal your wound. If you think your wound is infected, you are better off cleansing it with a water rinse and light scrub to remove any loose debris, then cover it with an antibiotic ointment such as Bacitracin or neopsorin. Repeat this once or twice per day and if the signs of infection are not reduced in 1-2 days, get help.

0%: Hydrogen peroxide is currently not recommended for any type of wound as it impedes healing. Ask a doctor who has seen the wound, sterile saline comes to mind.
