Partially: If you carry staph (or mrsa) then it's important to immediately wash all cuts/scrapes/abrasions with soap and water. Applying a topical antibacterial ointment couldn't hurt (as long as you're not allergic). However, there is no proven method to eradicate staph from your body completely.
