More complicated: Ok...Firstly what were you treated with..Zyvox, (linezolid) cubicin, vanco, imipenem..? Some antibiotics have undesired side effects. Checking the nose is a good idea because staph carriage occurs there. Using hibbiclens (otc) 1-2 times a week will leave an invisible anti-bacterial film on your body thus decreasing the colony count.
