What does red and orange watery diarrhea means?

Diarrhea: Diarrhea can range from very mild to severe. It can vary in color and character. For severe diarrhea and associated symptoms, i would recommend going to either the emergency room or urgent care clinic. Worrisome diarrhea generally would include symptoms such as: high fever, unrelenting diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, blood or mucous in stool, dehydration, dizziness, or accompanied vomiting.
