Get it checked: It could be blood in the stool/diarrhea so you should have it checked out. With diarrhea, it may be due to an intestinal infection like salmonellosis or it may be nothing significant. Also, some times beets or other red vegetables or some food dyes can cause the color. Hope things work out.
