Possibly cysts: It is harder to tell the cause of the pain in your abdomen and pelvic compared to other areas, however pain on the right side of your pelvis could be ovarian cysts, tubal cysts, or other more serious conditions like appendicitis or ovarian torsion, if it persists and is severe, see your gyn for an exam and ultrasound.
