Uncertain where pain: It is uncertain where the pain really is. It may be ribs but may not be. It may be ribs or may not be. Ibuprofen and Aspirin can cause stomach upset and even ulcers which could hurt in the abdomen and get better with eating. If you have pid this can cause pain in the uterus but medications for this could be causing these symptoms. Your physician should be contacted to clarify this.
