Further exam: Cramping can be due to using muscles that you don't normally use. Sometime from doing activity that uses the small muscles in the foot not used in daily activity. It could also be due to dehydration, an imbalance of potassium/sodium, response to prescription medications... As well as many other causes. I would suggest further work-up.
