Ethics.: I doubt you will find doctors who will say they treat "crazy people." while i could try to dignify your question and guess what you mean by that, it occurs to me that people who have phobias often feel "crazy" or are perceived as "crazy". If you have a serious question, perhaps you could try to re-frame it.
