Hemorroids/Fissure: It can be caused by 1hemorroids 2anal fissure 3 proctitis 4 due to eating spicy hot food 5rectal and anal cancer so i will suggest at age 49 have it checked by your doctor.

I don't have any pain in anus nor during bowel movement. I just randomly rubbed finger around the anus (outside) and I felt a tiny little cut and it felt little burning/pain when I rubbed it. Is it an anal fissure? Can fissure be outside the anus?
