Not serious: Your symptoms are a bit unusual. Based on your age, it is not unusual to feel faint off and on. I would suggest that you drink more fluids and keep yourself from getting dehydrated. The best time to hydrate yourself is when you wake up in the morning as there are fluid losses overnight, so one glass of water first thing in the morning and one glass with each meal will help you.

Proctalgia fugax: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3602260/ What you described is consistent with proctagia fugax, while painful, it is benign. Visit the sire listed above for information. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
