A member asked:

Is it safe to have my gallbladder removed with 99.7 temp for 2 months?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends : What is the source of temperature elevation? Chronic elevation such as you describe does not sound like sepsis which would be a contraindications to elective surgery. I would evaluate source/cause of fever and move on.
