Yes: You can take Orlistat with a history of gall bladder removal. That medication blocks the absorption of fat, and if you eat fatty foods, will be more likely to get a loose runny, diarrhea like stool. best wishes.

Yes: you can take it, but it is really not that effective in terms of weight loss or management. You are much better off focusing on simple, minimally processed foods with plenty of vegetables like Broccoli, cauiflower, brussel sprouts, lean protein and beans.
