Allergy: Most probably allergy. She might also be having some runny nose, cough, and other symptoms of allergy. If only eyelid swelling, more when she wakes up in the morning and resolves during evening, see her pediatrician for evaluation. She might need an office urine exam to rule out any kidney issues.
