Go to your doc: You need to get this checked out by your doctor. You should get it seen clinically to see if it is mastitis. They can also do a mammogram on you to see if you have cancer.

Does not sound : Like cancer since it is on both breasts. Have you tried sarna lotion for the itching? It is temporary but really helps itching. What type of soap are you using. Either do not use any soap directly on the breast or use cetaphil. Do not use perfumed products either.
