My areola on my breast has been scaly and dry for so long. the only way its gotten better is by prescribed hydrocortisone cream. since it got better with that, can i eliminate the possibility of it being possibly breast cancer?

Please have a biopsy done or at least see your Doctor for evaluation to rule out cancer. Response to hydrocortisone treatment does not determine if cancer is present.
