Your physician : Diligently investigated you for possible complication of crohn's disease . Cerebral sinus thrombosis is one of the complication of crohn's disease. If mrv is negative that is reassuring . Once the worst case scenario is excluded , it is better to focus on the common causes of head ache . As you know the causes of head ache are countlesss . Common things being common , better to focus on them.
