Check out bump: Likely head of epididymis (normal), cyst of epididymis (spermatocele) or twisted appendix testis. Needs 2B checked if a hard lump. Scrotal/testicular ultrasound will provide answer.Drainage from penis post-void (dribble) most often due to compression of bulbar urethra by elastic from pants or underpants trapping urine proximally. Rekeasing penis post-void releases urine which was trapped.
