A member asked:

Why does the mucus in my throat taste metallic?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Metallic taste: A metallic taste in the mouth can occur with vitamin deficiencies. Take A complex b stress vitamin daily and this usually resolves. Buoy can also get a metallic taste in the mouth with a facial nerve weakness and a condition called Bell's palsy. If the face is symmetric when you smile you do not have to worry about this. Good luck and feel better!
